We are women on a mission in the green industry, grounded in Bloomington, Indiana. Graduates of BHSN and IU, Emily & Marcé find each other in the men’s world of landscape construction, with a wealth of botanical knowledge and the grit to begin a revolution. With 35+ years of collective experience between the two of them—10 different landscaping companies, 3 different nurseries, and 6 different farms—they have discovered the secret to truly making a difference in the industry. A small team of hard-working, dedicated, intelligent, hilarious horticulturists with hearts of service and a desire to make things beautiful, is exactly what this town needs. A place where everyone feels heard, seen, respected, and hand-selected for their skills, building real relationships in the community. Grounded is a team, a family, and a movement.
